The Loading Bay is particularly hazardous due to the frequent presence of a Bastion, which can quickly end a run if you're careless. To reduce risk, it's strongly recommended to stay on the upper level and use the zipline to ARC Raiders BluePrints cross the bay instead of traveling along the ground.
Once inside Medical Research, any computer terminal will fulfill the objective. There are multiple valid terminals throughout the area, so you don't need to search for a specific one. Simply interact with a Medical Research computer to obtain the prototype data and complete this step.
Retrieving the Printed Shipping Logs
The final objective sends you to the Assembly Workshops, a location players may already recognize from the "With A View" quest.
Unlike earlier steps, this one does not involve interacting with a computer. Instead, you need to retrieve physical documents.
Navigate to the control room in the northeast section of the Assembly Workshops, located on the top floor. Inside the control room, check the corners carefully. The printed shipping logs are sitting on top of a cardboard box.
Interact with the logs to collect them and complete the final quest objective.
Quest Completion and Rewards
Once the shipping logs are collected, the "On Deaf Ears" quest is officially complete. All gathered data is automatically sent to Lance, and you can safely extract or continue exploring if conditions allow.
Because progress is saved between raids, this quest is best approached methodically rather than rushed. Completing one or two objectives per run is often safer, especially given Stella Montis' threat density. The right ARC Raiders Items can help you a great deal.
Ubisoft's Skull and Bones Silver has swiftly captivated the hearts of players drawn to the allure of pirate life and the thrill of naval combat. With its expansive oceans to explore and battles to master, the game offers a rich playground for adventurers looking to carve their legend on the high seas. Yet, despite its promise, many players encounter a frustrating hurdle — being stuck at tier 9 — a common experience highlighted by the player rundbear, who returned post-launch only to find progression harder than expected. While some players seem to sail effortlessly into tier 15 and beyond, others find themselves battling the waves of stagnation.
This challenge is not unique. Getting stuck at tier 9 is a frequent plight among players, regardless of their ship setups or weapon choices. Progressing beyond this point demands more than mindless grinding; it calls for a combination of strategy, resource gathering, and equipment attunement.
Finding the Right Weapons and Armor: The First Step Beyond Tier 9
One of rundbear's main concerns, and one shared by many players, is how to obtain better weapons and armor. It can feel disheartening when PvE event rewards seem repetitive, often dropping gear that barely surpasses what you already have. This redundancy can make it seem like advancement is stalled.
To break free from this cycle, players need to target higher-tier enemy ships, which drop more powerful loot. These elite ships present a tougher challenge and demand skillful combat, but the payoff is well worth it — better resources and gear that can make a real difference. Group events are another fruitful avenue, offering opportunities for teamwork and access to superior loot. Engaging with these higher-stakes encounters sharpens your skills and opens the door to equipment that can truly boost your ship's capabilities.
Furthermore, upgrading your gear is not simply about collecting new weapons and armor. Players must also attune their equipment to unlock their full potential. According to community insights, visiting a blacksmith to attune weapons becomes crucial once your ship reaches tier 6. Weapon attunement enhances stats and unlocks better performance, which can be the key to overcoming tougher opponents and missions.
The Power of Community Knowledge: Learning to Sail Smarter
The Skull and Bones player community is vibrant and deeply knowledgeable, often sharing tips and advice that can be invaluable for those struggling with progression. Rundbear's situation resonated with many, sparking a helpful exchange of strategies and solutions.
A notable piece of advice shared by a seasoned pirate was, "You need to level up your ship to at least level 6 to get to level 13." This highlights a critical aspect of the game — success isn't about aimlessly grinding for loot but rather about understanding and engaging deeply with the ship upgrade system. Regularly visiting blacksmiths for weapon attunement and carefully monitoring your gear's readiness for upcoming challenges are essential practices.
This advice underscores a broader truth: progression in Skull and Bones requires thoughtful planning and proactive management of your resources. It's not just about battling enemies but about preparing your ship and crew for those battles by maximizing your gear's effectiveness.
Camaraderie and Shared Experience: A Pirate's True Strength
The community's role goes beyond sharing tactical advice; it fosters a sense of camaraderie among players facing similar obstacles. Many find that discussing strategies, sharing tips on resource farming, and even teaming up for difficult missions help mitigate the frustration of getting stuck.
This communal support reflects the very spirit of piracy — a band of adventurers navigating the unpredictable seas together. It encourages patience and persistence, reminding players that breaking through the tier 9 ceiling is a challenge best faced with allies and knowledge at hand.
Charting a Course Beyond Tier 9
Breaking past tier 9 in cheap Skull and Bones Silver is no simple feat. It demands a blend of skill, strategy, and community wisdom. Players must hunt down higher-tier enemies, attune and upgrade their weapons, and engage in cooperative gameplay to unlock the next stages of progression.
While the path is challenging, it's far from impossible. With patience, a strategic mindset, and the shared insights of fellow pirates, every aspiring captain can navigate these stormy waters and rise to become a formidable force on the high seas.
In Skull and Bones, the journey to greatness is as important as the destination. So ready your cannons, gather your crew, and set your sails — adventure and triumph await just beyond the horizon.
